Terms and Conditions
This is a brief overview of the Terms and Conditions. Full Terms and Conditions must be agreed to and signed before the activity will commence.
General 1. Trips can be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclimate weather. 2. Participant is responsible for providing their own outerwear, clothing, footwear and sleeping gear appropriate for the activity. 3. All State and Federal regulations must be followed. 4. Guide may stop the activity at any time if he considers the conditions unsafe or if the participant is causing an unsafe condition. 5. Illegal drugs are prohibited. 6. Swimming is prohibited. 7. Lunch for full day trips and meals for camping trips will be provided along with non-alcoholic beverages.
Hunting 1. Safety first. 2. Hunting licenses and tags must be current. 3. Hunting activity will cease when the daily limit is harvested. 4. Safety harnesses will be worn in treestands. 5. Use of alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited.
Fishing and Canoeing 1. Personal Floatation Devices will be supplied and worn when in watercraft. 2. Swimming is prohibited. 3. Fishing may continue on a catch and release basis once daily limit is caught. |
